Our Story
I’m a big believer in fairness and flexibility – two things the traditional real estate model often lacks. My team and I are committed to disrupting the industry while doing the right thing for clients, agents, and stakeholders.
Back in 2003, I was so excited to receive my real estate license and start my career. I wanted to play a positive role in my community and help people find a fresh start in a new home. Then, social and ethical pressure began to weigh on me. I heard so many comments from clients and friends complaining that real estate agents in Austin are overpaid. The truth is, some agents are.
Inside the industry, we all know exactly how much time it takes for a listing agent to sell a home. I’ll let you in on a secret – it’s not a lot. A hot local market does most of the work for you.
Even as an award winner and top performer, I was no longer proud to say that I was a Realtor®… So, we decided to make a change! Our clients deserve better.
Our flat fee listing service and home buyer program prove there’s plenty to go around. This way, we are fairly compensated without taking more than our fair share. Plus, we are proud to help clients save thousands of dollars while finding the perfect home.
