2. Get in Touch! Contact us to onboard as a client for buyer representation.
3. It’s Time to Tour. You search – we show. Whether in person or via a live FaceTime or Zoom video call, we’ll walk you through the home and highlight its key features. As a client, your first property tour is free. After that, it’s just $50 per showing until you find the perfect fit.
4. Offer and Closing. Our team will provide you with the Seller's Disclosure Notice and a sold comps report from MLS data, prepare and submit your offer, negotiate terms and repairs, and guide you through closing. We ensure a smooth process, whether closing in person or using a remote notary for out-of-state buyers. Then, you'll get the keys, a high-five, and enjoy the savings on buyer agent commission fees!
